Only our team. Every profile is created by an administrator after the person shown has given documented permission. Members cannot create or edit profiles.
Every profile belongs to one category. VIP membership opens VIP profiles; VVIP opens VIP and VVIP profiles; Super VVIP opens all three. Each membership comes with a set number of contact unlocks shown on the plans page.
No. To protect the privacy of everyone featured, faces are blurred in every photo, for every visitor and at every membership level. Our system blurs faces automatically before a photo is ever shown, and photos where it can't find a face are held back until our team has checked them.
With an active membership that includes the profile's category, each new profile you unlock uses one contact unlock and reveals the phone or WhatsApp details the person agreed to share. Reopening a profile you already unlocked never costs another. Unlocked contacts stay in your history; their details are shown while your membership includes that profile.
Credits belong to your current billing period. When you renew or change plan you receive that plan's full allowance; unused credits from the previous period do not carry over unless stated on the plans page.
Choose a plan and we'll show you our bank and Telebirr account details. Transfer the exact amount from your own bank or wallet app, then upload the receipt and transaction ID. Your plan activates as soon as our team confirms the payment. We never ask for your PIN or password.
Yes. You can cancel from your subscription page at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately and remaining credits for that period are forfeited, so most members simply let a plan run until its end date.
