What we collect
- Members: name, email, optional phone, password (stored as a secure hash), subscriptions, payment records, unlocks, favorites, blocks and reports.
- People featured on profiles: the profile information and photos they agreed to publish, their contact details, and a record of their consent.
- Payments: the amount, status, the receipt image you upload, the transaction ID and (optionally) the sender name. Receipts are visible only to you and our payment staff. We never ask for or store bank or mobile-money PINs or passwords.
How we use it
- To provide discovery, subscriptions and contact unlocking.
- To verify payments, prevent fraud and keep the platform safe.
- To send transactional emails such as password resets and payment confirmations.
Who can see what
Public profile information and face-blurred photos are visible to visitors and members. Faces are blurred automatically on our servers before any photo is shown, and every visitor and member, at every membership level, receives only the blurred version. Original photos are kept private and are accessible only to authorized staff who manage profiles. Contact details are visible only to members who unlock them (while their membership includes the profile) and to authorized staff. Our staff access is role-based and recorded in audit logs.
Your choices
- Members can edit their details and close their account from Settings.
- People featured on profiles can request correction, removal or consent withdrawal through our removal request form.
Retention
Closed accounts are anonymized. Payment records are retained as required for accounting. Deleted profiles have their photos and contact details erased.
